Do you think the Sabres will get free agents over the break to make the team better or use rookies to try and rebuild a Stanley Cup team???

Favorite Player???

What is your favorite player on the 2008-2009 season? My favorite player is Derek Roy because he never gives up and gives his all to make a difference out on the ice. He played all 82 games this year and scored 28 goals and 42 assists with 9 game winning goals.

So, what do you think of my blog? Is there anything I should do to improve it? I myself, really like it, but I will gladly accept some constructive criticism =)

Sabres 2008-2009 season

Buffalo didn't do so bad just all the injuries that has come to the Buffalo Sabres have really hurt them this year. They almost made it to the playoffs even with Ryan Miller being injured in one of the games against the New York Rangers'. Scott Gomez really didn't mean it but there was a chance that he could have missed Ryan behind the net. Also with Thomas Vanek getting the slap shot in his face and being out for 6 games really didn't help our chances of getting in. Even though with him gone, Derek Roy, Jason Pominville, and Tim Connelly really stepped up to the goaltender Pat Lalime to win some points for us to at least have a small chance of making the 8th spot to play Boston in the first round instead of Montreal Canadians.
